Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to LedgeKar (the “Service”), operated by WVINAI LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U72100TN2026OPC193194, GSTIN 33AAECW4712E1ZO). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside your account, or by emailing [email protected] from the address on file. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; paid features remain available to you until then. No further charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect.

2. Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer a blanket refund window. Each request is reviewed on its individual facts and circumstances, including (but not limited to) the nature of the issue reported, the time elapsed since purchase, and the extent of product usage during the billing period.

At our sole discretion, we may issue a full refund, a partial refund, service credit toward a future billing cycle, or decline the request. Decisions are communicated to you over email with a short reason.

When a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within 7 to 10 business days of approval. The exact credit timeline depends on your bank or payment instrument.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your LedgeKar account. Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The subscription tier and billing cycle (Silver/Gold, monthly/yearly)
  • The payment reference or order ID, if available
  • A short description of why you are requesting a refund

We respond to refund requests within 21 days of receipt. Most requests are decided sooner.

4. Chargebacks

We ask that you reach out to us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your card network or bank. A chargeback raised without first contacting us results in account suspension while the dispute is being adjudicated, and may delay any refund you would otherwise have received.

5. Free trial cancellations

If you cancel during a free trial period, no charge is made and no refund is necessary. You retain access to the paid features for the remainder of the trial window.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
